Picture 2 is Ernie Els at Dubai 2008 driver swing. You can see when he is at the top of the backswing of a full swing, his weight is at the right leg. Contrary to Ernie’s weight on the right foot, the “final missing piece of Ben Holgen” swing is different where the weight is almost completely at the left leg. The later represents the average golfer’s ability which his hip needs more time to turn than pros, much more time.
That is what I feel. When I played at course and after a couple holes, my hip begins to feel tired and balls started to go left. Balls go to left or hook because my hip can’t keep up with the demand of power so my shoulder unconsciously wants to help.

Picture 1 is what the Holgen’s weight shift at the top of the swing. You can see his weight is almost finished shifting to the left, making is much easier to turn his hip during the down swing. This tiny difference of weight shift makes big difference for average golfer.
